“Rat Pack Jazz” is more than Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin cover songs. When Frank Lamphere takes the microphone, listeners become aware that they are not hearing just some ordinary singer. Much like the celebrated swinging male vocalists of the 1950-60s, Lamphere possesses a distinctive and smooth baritone that he uses to great effect. Rat Pack Jazz is performed with a band comprised of hand-picked, industry renowned jazz musicians and is presented in a loungy yet classy and show-like manner.
